What To Expect
At 9:30 each Sunday we have Bible Study Classes for all age groups. A typical service will last about 90 minutes. We sing God-honoring contemporary and traditional hymns that are led by our worship team. Most dress casually, but we do not casually come before God to worship. We do worship in all sincerity, and towards the end of each worship service we partake in Communion.
This Communion time is open to any believer that is in good standing with their church. We ask, if this is not you, that you please let the bread and cup pass, and we pray that you would look to the Lord for His Salvation.
There is childcare available for 4 year-old and younger during our worship services. Families are encouraged to worship together, and we truly love having all of our kids with us in worship. The noises made by the children of North Hills may concern their parents, but to this church, it is the sound of life; a life we pray is one day saved by grace. Those sounds are a reminder for us to pray for our children.
At the end of each service, one of our elders will be near the back of the room, available to talk or pray with you. Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and meeting new people.
Periodically, we will host a Connection Group. The one-time small group walks through the history of North Hills Church, who we are today, what we believe, and how one can become a member. This is the first step in the membership process.
